RETURN POLICY: All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, and must be in original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. All transactions with Wapato Pawn & Trade are confidential, and all credit card information is encrypted to protect your personal information. PRICING & DISCOUNTS: Prices and availability of merchandise are subject to change without notice. We do not backorder out-of-stock merchandise. You may re-order or call us at 509-877-6405 to see if the item you want will be back in stock. Schools, churches, clubs, and organizations can qualify for discounts without requiring minimum quantities. Please email us at wapatopn@earthlink.net or call 509-877-6405 to speak to one of our staff regarding these discounts. Most items shown in the Web Store will have a 2-price-break range. Larger quantity bulk rates may be obtained on selected items, but you need to email us at wapatopn@earthlink.net or call us at 509-877-6405 to see if the item you're looking at will qualify for any further reduction. Wholesale customers with a valid Washington State resale certificate will receive a 25% discount on most items without requiring minimum quantities. SHIPPING INFORMATION: We will ship UPS unless otherwise specified. Orders can also be shipped Post Office or Fedex. UPS orders are automatically insured up to $100.00. If the order is more than $100.00, insurance will be added to the order. Orders shipped through the Post Office will be insured for the exact amount of the order. All shipping and insurance fees are our actual costs. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will not be shipped until the following business day. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of any out-of-stock items. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. |
